Previously the two offerings of consulting and training functioned under two separate brands. The challenge was to bring them together under one brand and position Classic Leadership as a leader in cultural and leadership development—both in consulting and as a training institute.
The core identity symbolizes the integration of culture and individuals to convey increased impact and effectiveness through collaboration. The brand system uses deep, rich colors and textures to suggest classic and timeless leadership principles.
